We all have seen movies and real live events where people are fighting for freedom. It is however important for us to understand that with freedom comes responsibility. When freedom is gained and that responsibility is not undertaken then injustice prevails. Much in the same way you are responsible for your own health.

 

One does have the freedom of choice to live as they want but their physical bodies have rights over them. These rights must be accounted for by the individual if he is wants to be considered as a just person. It is highly naïve to place the responsibility of maintaining good health on your doctor.

 

Doctors are only there to attend to you when you have lost good health. They are your last resort when you have failed in your responsibility or have been a victim of an unavoidable circumstance. Isn’t it awkward that in this day of mass communication we seem to be having a lot of health related problems? What is the reason behind the lack of good health that we possess?

 

The core of the problem lies in the fact that we are unaware of the essentials of good health. So what are these essentials? Oxygen, water, nutrients, exercise, energy, sleep and rest are the essentials of maintaining good health. Most of us are aware of these elements but we lack the comprehension that enables us to understand the true importance of these aspects.

 

So how does one get to know about these essentials? We find that the school system has greatly decreased the due diligence that should be paid to health education and gymnasium exercises. The old English proverb “Health is wealth” does not seem to do justice to the importance of health. Surely the importance of health is much more than wealth. The proverb is a highly materialistic evaluation of the importance of health. In truth, good health is the key to a good life which is something not even wealth can guarantee.

 

So what is good health? A person can be said to possess good health when he is free from any sort of physical or mental disease. This then becomes the most priced possession for man and something that even money can’t buy. Money can buy you medicines but it can’t buy you health just like money can buy you books but it can’t buy you knowledge.

 

The charms of life are contained within the perimeters of maintaining good health. A deteriorating body and mind is something that snatches away the charms of life. The sad thing is that most of take good health for granted. It is only when we are struck with some sort of ailment that we realize how important good health is and how ungrateful we have been all our lives for taking it for granted. It becomes clear then that health is worth even more than your wealth.

 

A sound mind needs a sound environment. This is why people with sound physical health are more liable to possess a sound mind. The more diseased the environment of the mind becomes the more it starts to have an affect on its health. Eventually your mind becomes sickly as well. A healthy man generally has a positive outlook towards life. This motivates him to stay upbeat and work long hours in order to be productive. He is not tied down by a weak body. The harmonica is a musical instrument that has been around for decades it is a relatively simple instrument which brings you sound which can be very intriguing and relaxing. The harmonica is a free reed wind instrument which is played by blowing air into it or drawing air out by placing lips over individual holes (reed chambers) or multiple holes. The pressure caused by blowing or drawing air into the reed chambers causes a reed or multiple reeds to vibrate up and down creating sound. Each chamber has multiple, variable-tuned brass or bronze reeds which are secured at one end and loose on the other end, with the loose end vibrating and creating sound.
